| This is the Ronseal of DVD players, cheap, cheerful & does exactly what it says on the tin. Had it over a year now, no faults - and it has been moved, dropped & survived a burglary. |

| These players are great while they work but I have now had to exchange 2 which refused to play any discs after a few months. The third has also now packed up. Alba Customer Support could only suggest pressing reset and using a lens cleaner which did no good at all. Seems to me the problem is with the laser rather than the discs. There is a good reason why they are cheap, they are rubbish!! |

This multiregional player works beautifully and was about a third the price and a third the size of our old one. It is also much easier to use and has better sound. There was no "set up" - we just plugged it in - and the remote is a nice size and not too complicated.
In fact, we liked this DVD player so much that we ordered another one for our son, and he loves it as well. Thank you Amazon - another great product at a fantastic price! |

We used the player for about 6 months before it developed the same defect as another buyer reports below: a continuous fast-forward loop.
I would strongly advise buyers to look elsewhere for a dvd player. |

| I really regret buying this DVD player and I wish I had read reviews on it before buying it. I can't change it either as I misplaced the receipt. It was working fine and playing region 1 & 2 dvds and then it just stopped working . Everytime I try to play any DVD now it just says "loading" for a while and then "bad disk." |
