| I was most impressed with the seller as I have searched for a Silver Phillips player to match my silver LED Phillips TV for a while & this model was not available in the UK. The item was delivered within a week from Germany exactly as described, brand new from Phillips & with a UK plug. The quality is amazing and I would definitely recommend this seller to anybody..Thank you. |

This DVD is absolutely fantastic. The quality of the films are brilliant. As Per the other review we have placed our DVD on a glass shelf and there is no noise coming from the DVD player.

| The Blu-Ray player arrived promptly and was easy to set up, even through a Samsung plasma TV and Sony Home Cinema system. It looks good - as there aren't many silver finish players around. Up-scaling of DVDs also seems to work well, although it occasionally does not identify that there is a disc inserted. Open & Shut the tray and it figures it out, though. A small niggle, otherwise a cracker. |

| I just bought one of these. This is a lovely blu-ray player and the build quality is excellent. The picture quality is flawless and even when playing normal DVDs, the upscaling quality is pretty close to a HD picture. I only have one minor quibble with the player and it is this. When I bought a new stand for my plasma, I placed the player on the middle glass shelf. I now noticed that the operating noise from the player was quite loud. The sound reflecting off the glass shelf was obviously amplifying the operating noise of the player. This was quite annoying actually during quiet passages in a movie. I'm sure this could be solved easily by placing some kind of acoustic mat underneath it to absorb the sound reflections. For the moment I have placed mine on the carpet next to the TV and the problem completely disappeared as carpet does not reflect sound. Otherwise I would highly recommend this fantastic looking machine. |

Saw one at a friends house it's amazing, internet interactive features, so just ordered one. The beautiful HD quality second to none (uncompressed true HD un-like the HD from Sky, BT Vision, Freesat etc, this is HD as it should be seen).
And it's available in silver, which is just great as I hate the bland black of most other Blu-Ray players. |
