The customer will automatically invalidate the guarantee if he/she open the case of the electric/electronic or any other equipment sold by us, we do not authorize anyone to perform repairs or inspections on our items during the guarantee period. If you received your item by post/courier delivery you need our authorization to open the equipment, avoiding to do so will result on automatic invalidation of guarantee.
