FINALLY MADE THE PLUNGE AFTER LOOKING FOR WEEKS. GLAD I DECIDED ON THIS ONE AS ARRIVED IN 2 DAYS AND WAS A BREEZE TO HOOK UP.(EVEN FOR ME). THE MULTI-REGIONAL IS GREAT AS I HAVE MANY DVD'S FROM CANADA. PICTURE AND SOUND IS A-ONE. IT IS SIMPLE AND QUICK TO USE AND CONNECTED TO MY SONY BRAVIA EASILY. PLAYED THE FIRST BLUERAY-INGLORIUS BASTERDS- AND DETAIL WAS TERRIFIC.ALSO SEE A DIFFERENCE IN THE UPSCALE OF OLDER DVD'S AS OPPOSED TO MY OTHER 'NORMAL' PLAYER. THE REMOTE OPERATES THE TV. AND IS EASY TO USE. ALL FUNCTIONS ARE STRAIGHT FORWARD. OVERALL I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PURCHASE;REALVALUE AT THIS PRICE. WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ALL; ESPECIALLY THE 'NOT SO TECHNO' GIFTED.
